I really enjoyed having the innovation class this year. I was able to focus on a project that I really wanted to do and was interested in. I worked on a project that would better my health and fitness for the rest of my life and was able to learn new things. I grew as an athlete and person and I feel so happy that I got the opportunity to share my experience with the class.

I have been thinking for a few weeks about what I should do for my second innovation project. Over the weekend I began thinking about how unhappy I was with my times in running and the fact that I could not get faster. No matter what I try I always have very similar times and never seem to improve very much. I am thinking about researching some speed drills and workouts along with recording my times and figuring out how I can improve for the upcoming Cross Counry season.
Currently I am still thinking about what I want to do for innovation, I have been thinking for weeks and have found nothing to do. As the school year comes closer to an end, I am hesitant to start a new project. I am worried that if I start a project, I will not be able to finish. Maybe I should do a smaller scale project. I will look into that this innovation day.
This week I presented my TED talk to my class to wrap up my project. I got a good grade on my project and I am really happy with the results I am seeing. I have to start looking for a new project now. Last innovation class I began brainstorming, but really got nowhere with a new project. It may take a few weeks, but I am excited to see where my next project takes me.
This week I am going to present my idea and TED talk to the class. I will discuss my strengths and weaknesses of my project as well as some things I learned and how I was successful. After I do my TED talk, I will best artist a new project. This week on innovation day, I will probably be brainstorming new project ideas. I have no idea what I want to do for my next project, so it may take a few weeks to decide.
I have been working on my TED Talk presentation to hopefully present to my class early next week. I finished my workouts and research and I plan on sharing what I learned along with my successes and failures. After I present, I need to start a new innovation project. I currently don't have any idea what I will do for my next project so the next few weeks might be doing research and figuring out my next path.
At the start of my project I was really excited about what I was going to do. Now that I am nearing the end, my excitement has gone away and I don't have a lot of motivation to finish. My plan is to put together a presentation for my class and discuss what my experiences and successes were throughout the process. I'm happy I was able to do the project and I was able to learn so much that I didn't know before. Hopefully I find a new innovation project that I am excited about and have motivation to complete.
I was not in class last week because I was sick so I was unable to work on my project. My motivation has kind of gone away for this project and I am not as excited about it as I used to be. I think I will still finish the project though, because I have come this far.
I am now finished with my personal training sessions. Because of my long break from running in order to recover, I am not must faster yet, but I feel a lot stronger. I am so happy and lucky to have been able to train with a personal trainer for two months. Now it is time to type of a workout plan book with stretches and excercises so other people with similar injuries can get back to running. I'm really happy with how this project has gone so far, and I am looking forward to the finished project.
